Waiver and Indemnification

By my child and/or children attending and participating in the Project Pipeline Summer Camp (the “Event”), which will take place on the Campus of Brightpoint Community College (the “Host”) during the week of July 14th thru July 18th, 2025 hosted by the Virginia Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (VANOMA) I hereby agree and acknowledge the following:

By choosing the “Agree” selection below I acknowledge that to the fullest extent permitted by law, I will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VANOMA, The Host as well as their officers, members, supporting role members, volunteers, mentors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnities”), from and against any and all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs), or liability (the “Losses”) for injuries to property, injuries to persons, and from any and all other claims, suits, or liability on account of or arising out of, in whole or in part, of any act or omission, including negligence that might arise over the course of this event. The indemnification and hold harmless obligation hereunder shall not be limited by a limitation on amount or type of damages or compensation.
